I had an amazing stay here at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. The airport shuttle was a convenient option and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, including the free Wi-Fi and the in-room safe. I especially loved the outdoor swimming pool and the garden area, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The staff here made my stay truly enjoyable.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

This residence is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding city. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are kept clean. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool, which offers great facilities such as pool slides and playgrounds. With a 7-11 on the property, everything you need is within reach. the breakfast served every morning is satisfying, and the view from the pool access rooms is truly breathtaking.
Some aspects of the hotel could use a little more attention to detail to improve the experience.

The hotel featured comfortable beds and a pool view room that had direct access to the swimming area, a feature that is not very common in other hotels in the area. guests can enjoy using the large pool in the condo phase which is very convenient. the hotel is located in proximity to the beach, and the staff were professional and attentive.
The breakfast left much to be desired. the taste was not up to standard, and there were issues with the hot water machine under the sink.

We had a fantastic stay! We loved the pool access from our room and the additional big pool at the hotel. The staff, particularly the manager, were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the on-site convenience store was helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything.

We spent our xmas holidays at this hotel and we were happy to find that the bed was comfortable and the free wifi was fast and reliable. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and a few local restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room service staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our requests were met promptly.
Our experience at this hotel was marred by a few issues. The room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the carpet and bedding.
